With the rapid development of the economy,the traffic volume has increased dramatically,and the status of road traffic has also been significantly improved.As the important passageway connecting the main traffic distribution transportation centers,national and provincial highway have undertaken important transportation tasks.Therefore,people attach great importance to its security issues.If the traffic condition can be detected and predicted in real time,the safety of the national and provincial highway will be greatly improved through the control means.As one of the main directions of ITS development,Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure System(CVIS)has a wide range of applications.Based on vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V)and vehicle-to-infrastructure(V2I)communication technology,the intelligent collaboration of vehicle and road infrastructure can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of various collision accidents,but also achieve coordinated traffic control in a wide range and improve road traffic safety.This paper takes the national and provincial highway safety early warning system as the research object.Firstly,this paper analyses the characteristics and influencing factors of national and provincial highway traffic accidents,introduces the key technologies of CVIS,and designs the technical scheme and framework of CVIS.And the roadside intelligent equipment scheme and cloud control platform are designed.On this basis,combined with the demand analysis of national and provincial trunk highway traffic safety early warning system,this paper discusses its construction theory and method,and faces two different kinds of users:traditional manual driving vehicle and V2X networked vehicle,clarifies the system function positioning and user needs.Finally,this paper builds an early warning model which is a data prediction model in the traffic information processing module of the CVIS.Using BP network to fit the function of any non-linear function,the safety early warning model of national and provincial trunk highway is established,and the accuracy and correctness of the model are verified by simulation experiments using MATLAB.And Combined with the engineering example of V2X speeding early warning system in Changsha County,the effectiveness of the system is verified by analyzing the impact of the system on safety and speed.
