| Affected by country’s developing economic level,traffic cause’s development has receive unprecedented raising speed,especially in highway area.Mileage number and vehicle flow increased year by year.A high grade highway network which directed by highway has gradually formed.Highway bring convenience to people’s trip,areas’ communication and freight transportation.Meanwhile,we have to face with giant casualties and property loss due to highway traffic accidents.Improve highway’s traffic safety status,prevent and reduce traffic accidents become more and more important.To solve this problem,we have to build a highway traffic safety preaccident warning system which integrate information collection,information processing,warning publish and emergency handling to improve highway’s safety level.According to highway’s actual situation,this thesis combined with highway’s requirements in personnel information,vehicle information,road condition information and management information as well as management department’s daily work contents,use Internet of things technology to build a highway traffic safety preaccident warning system which has perception layer,transport layer and application layer.The system can warn,adjust and handle undesirable traffic status,implement real-time monitor about road condition,publish warning and emergency handling informations,realize active prevention,fast finding,associated response.The thesis explain some important technologies about the system,including information coordination technology,introduce some details about Internet of things,GIS technology,Flex technology and video traffic detector technology in traffic incidents.The paper present the system’s requirements,show general architecture design,function module design,technical route and database design.Function module including electronic map,traffic information raise,information publish,preparedness management,accidents query and statistical analysis and system management,emphasis on system functions introduction.Finally,make a test to the system.Highway traffic safety preaccident warning system follows related design standards.After a period of trial operation,the system operate normally and receive preliminary effect,proof the system’s correctness in functions design and technical route.The system plays a positive effect in highway traffic safety management,makes good social benefits and economic benefits. |
