Research And Application Of Business Model Benchmarking Evaluation Of Start-ups

Since last year,the state has vigorously promoted the upgrading of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.In order to help small and medium-sized enterprises through the difficult start-up period,the state has launched a series of entrepreneurial support policies.In response to the call of the state,many entrepreneurs blindly make business investment,ignoring the cultivation and improvement of their own capabilities,leading to the increasing mortality rate of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.With the coming of the new economic era,business model,as an effective way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and obtain profits,has been widely concerned.More and more entrepreneurs pay attention to the reform and upgrading of business model,and explore the evaluation and innovation of it.Although there are a lot of researches on the evaluation of business model by Chinese scholars,it is not difficult to find that these researches tend to focus on mature enterprises,while there are relatively few researches on start-ups,which have more urgent needs for the evaluation of business model.At the same time,the business model evaluation method is relatively single,and lack of innovation.Therefore,this paper focuses on start-ups and innovatively adds benchmarking management in the evaluation process to improve the above problems.First of all,this paper do a lot of theoretical research work in the early stage,combine the business model evaluation and benchmarking management methods in detail,studies the concept and characteristics of start-ups and the concept of business model,investigates a small number of start-ups and summarizes the current situation,influencing factors and evaluation needs of business model of start-ups,which laid a large foundation for the following methods.Secondly,based on the above theoretical research,this paper constructs a benchmarking evaluation index system for start-ups,uses AHP method to calculate the weights of benchmarking evaluation indexes,studies the application of clustering analysis in the selection method of benchmarking enterprises,researches the calculation method of benchmarking enterprise weights based on Euclidean distance,and adds benchmarking enterprise weights to the fuzzy comprehensive method to establish a benchmarking evaluation index system,which can optimize the model results and make the results more reasonable.Finally,this paper selects startup B for empirical study,analyzes the evaluation results of standards,and proposes suggestions for improvement of business model for startup B.
