To meet the needs of the automatic production of prefabricated wall tiles by automatic wall-laying machines,this test designed the IAACB(Interlocking Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block,IAACB)and studied its mechanical properties through experiments.The main research contents include:(1)IAAC block basic material test.This experiment studied the material properties of IAAC blocks such as dry density,water content,water absorption,cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength.(2)Axial compression test of IAAC block masonry.In this test,the block type,mortar type and mortar seam thickness are used as variables to obtain the parameters of IAAC block masonry load,axial displacement,axial strain,lateral deformation and transverse strain through 10 sets of 30 axial compression specimens.Based on the experimental data,the failure process,failure characteristics,axial compression strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the IAAC axial compression specimens were analyzed.(3)Along mortar joints shear test of IAAC block masonry.In this test,the joint type double-shear test of 10 sets of 60 IAAC masonry specimens was carried out with the type of block,the type of mortar and the thickness of the gray joint as the test parameters,and the ultimate load was measured.The failure process,failure characteristics,failure morphology of the shear specimens were observed and the shear strength was analyzed and compared.(4)Bending tensile test of IAAC block masonry.In this test,the block type and the vertical joint are used as parameters.Four groups of 24 IAAC block masonry bending tensile specimens are manufactured.The ultimate load,failure process,failure characteristics and failure modes are obtained.And the bending tensile strength are calculated and analyzed.(5)Research on the constitutive relationship of IAAC block masonry.Based on the axial compression test of IAAC masonry,this test discusses the ?-? curve.And a logarithmic constitutive model and two parabolic constitutive relations are used to fit the rising section of the ?-? curve of the IAAC axial compression test piece.(6)Research on design method of IAAC block masonry.This test analysis the factors affecting the compressive,shear and bending strength of IAAC block masonry,and comprehensively compares the obtained test values and normative values.Then based on the test data,the recommended values of the compressive,shear and flexural tensile strengths of the IAAC block masonry are revised and modified,and the design values of the compressive strength and the design values of the shear strength are derived.
