A Construction Enterprise Construction Safety Management Problems And Countermeasures

With the continuous development of construction projects in today's society,construction site safety issues have also attracted much attention.Although the management level of construction site safety is constantly improving,there are still some safety problems in construction site that have not been fundamentally solved,which is accompanied by frequent occurrence of engineering safety accidents.This paper summarizes the theory of construction safety management in China,and analyses the concept,characteristics,contents and hazards of construction safety management separately to provide theoretical guarantee for construction safety management.Taking A construction enterprise as an example,this paper points out the problems existing in the organizational structure and safety management process of A construction enterprise.The safety management evaluation index system is used to analyze the A construction enterprises deeply.It is clear that the causes of the problems of A construction enterprises are unreasonable organizational structure,backward production safety management mode,unimplemented training of construction personnel,weak investment in construction safety funds,and the risk sources can not be effectively controlled.In order to improve the construction safety control ability of A construction enterprise and combine the management theory with the management model.finally,it is suggested that the A enterprise should perfect the organizational structure,strengthen the responsibility system,perfect the construction of the safety related management system,improve the safety knowledge and consciousness of the relevant staff,risk analysis and hazard source control,Finally,the PDCA cycle mode is applied to further strengthen the safety management countermeasures of A construction enterprise.It is hoped that through the study of A construction enterprise,the quality of safety management of A construction enterprise can be improved,production safety accidents can occur zero,and some reference values and methods for other construction enterprises with similar problems can be provided.
