Research On Safety Management Improvement Of Small And Medium-Sized Chemical Enterprises

This article analyzes and summarizes the status and problems of safety management in small and medium-sized chemical enterprises,and introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprise safety management.Combining informatization and PDCA cycle theory,we draw on and refer to safety management diagnostics to build an improved model for enterprise safety management and apply it to an organic synthesis company.This paper mainly solves the problem of how to carry out safety management work in a standardized manner and continuously improve the safety management level and safety of enterprises under the premise of the problems of insufficient safety awareness,limited safety investment,and low business level of safety management personnel of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises status.This paper studies the current situation of safety management of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises through literature research methods;proposes the safety management target system of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises and builds a safety management improvement model for small and medium-sized chemical enterprises through interdisciplinary research methods and exploratory research methods.It also verifies the proposed new model through empirical research methods and finally achieves the research goals.Through the above research,this article draws the following conclusions:1.The safety management of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises has two parts: basic work and intensive work.The basic work of safety management is the framework,and the intensive work is the specific business content.The basic work is the basis for the enterprise to carry out the specific business work of security management,and the intensive work is the extension and further expansion of the basic work.2.Information management tools and means are effective ways for small and mediumsized enterprises to achieve safety management standardization.At present,there are many security management informatization software systems developed on the market,and the adoption of these informatization tools can effectively regulate the security management of small and medium-sized enterprises.3.The enterprise safety management target system is composed of two levels.The first level is the overall enterprise safety management target,and the second level is the enterprise safety management process control target.They collectively reflect the management focus of enterprise safety production,and provide a scientific and clear direction for enterprise safety management.4.The safety management improvement model constructed in this paper is based on the safety management target system for target control,based on the theory of PDCA cycle and safety management diagnostics,and supported by information management tools.It is implemented in seven steps and is carried out cyclically.The model has been applied to a small and medium-sized organic synthetic chemical enterprise and achieved good results.
