Water eutrophication is becoming a serious problem in our country,control of phosphorus in water is an important factor to curb water eutrophication.This study will focus on the sludge settling time is too long to cause anaerobic phosphorus releaseanaerobic in secondary sedimentation tank,resulting in excessive phosphorus content of effluent.This study will improve the precipitation stage with magnetic Fe3O4 as adsorbent.The sludge particles are adsorbed on the magnetite to form flocs,which are magnetized to form the activated sludge with special propertiesthe.At the same time to ensure the removal of pollutants,accelerate the sludge settlement,and shorten the process of anaerobic phosphorus release.?1?The test results show that the sewage treatment effect of magnetic sludge sludge treatment better than ordinary sewage sludge,the best magnetic powder dosage is 0.5g/L,the average removal rate of COD were 90.69%and 96.39%.?2?Temperature is an important factor affecting microbial activity.The effects of temperature conditions?15??20??25??30??35??on the treatment of wastewater with magnetized sludge were studied.The results showed that the effect of temperature on the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus was the same.When the temperature increased from 15?to 20?,the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus increased obviously;When the temperature increased from 20?to 35?,the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus remained unchanged.Taking into the effect of treatment and economic factors,the treatment of sewage sludge with magnetized sludge,the optimum temperature is20?.?3?Reactive aeration time is one of the key factors for the maximum processing capacity of the system.According to the results of this experiment,when the magnetic powder dosage is 0.5g/L,the best reaction aeration time is 4h,the majority of pollutants can be removed,the removal effect is better.?4?The magnetic field with moderate strength also has a certain effect on the treatment of wastewater by microorganism.Under the condition of this experiment,the comprehensive analysis of the results shows that when the external magnetic field intensity is 300Gs,the sewage treatment effect is the best.However,from the economic point of view,the more appropriate choice of the size of the external magnetic field is 200Gs.
