Experimental Study On City Living Sewage Treated By Magnetic Activated Sludge Process

At present, the urban sewage treatment and resource recycling has become an urgent need to address our country's problems.But the conventional activated sludge process technology has some shortcomings:long water residence time, low processing power per unit area, large area reactor, sludge bulking and so on.In recent years, with the development of science and technology and cross-technology integration application, sewage by magnetic effect degradation of pollutants, particularly degradation and low concentration organic or inorganic pollutants has become an emerging water processing technology.Not only can it be used alone and other wastewater treatment technology combined with a degradation of speed, reaction tank of space, low cost, easy operation and lower energy consumption, the development of a broad application prospect.The results of this thesis show that the magnetic activated sludge processt of City Living sewage best powder dosage 100mg/L, reaction aeration time 4h.CODcr removal rate was 96.08 percent at this time, water CODcr to 15.38mg/L, the NH4-N removal rate was 85.77%, the effluent ammonia was 7.95mg/L, the TN removal rate was 47.68%, the effluent TN was 33.43mg/L, up to secondary City Living sewage treatment effluent discharge standard, the treatment effect is better than not cast plus powder in the conventional activated sludge process of City Living sewage aeration after 8 hours reaction time of treatment effect, that the same treatment effect conditions, the powder dosage of 100mg/L of magnetic activated sludge treatment of City Living sewage aeration reaction time than the traditional non-magnetic cast plus activated sludge more than doubled, thereby increasing the processing capacity per unit volume.Similarly, when the flows the same, under the same processing time, aeration tank volume can be reduced by half, reducing aeration tank covers more than half of the investment process than the traditional economy.This paper not only for magnetic activated sludge process of City Living wastewater to provide a useful reference, but also promote other magnetic effect used in treatment of sewage in-depth research.Key words:Magnetic powder; activated sludge; microorganism; aeration time...
