Research On The Development Mode Of Environmental Service Industry Based On Platform Economy Theory

At present,the development trend of Internet big data technology is rapid,and the platform model has emerged and developed rapidly.The organizational structure and operating methods of most traditional industries have been innovatively upgraded.With the cross-domain integration of major Internet companies and environmental protection service industries,environmental protection service industries with small and scattered characteristics of enterprises have been effectively activated.At present,the demand for environmental protection services in the society has increased,and many challenges in the environmental protection industry have forced the innovation and upgrade of the environmental protection service industry.The rise of the platform economy has activated the development potential of the new model of the environmental protection service industry.In this context,this paper studies the environmental service platform model based on the platform economy theory.The research on this model is to provide new ideas for the upgrade and development of the environmental service industry,the second is to provide a reference model for the development of the environmental service industry platform,and the third is to facilitate the implementation of national policies and make useful explorations for the healthy development of the platform economy.First,the theoretical basis of this article is put forward: platform economy theory.Based on the platform nature,formation,and industrial effects of the platform economics theory as a theoretical basis,the environmental service platform is studied in general.The composition and classification of the platform,the causes of formation,and the industrial effects are studied.The environmental service platform model is detailed according to the main functions of the platform.It is divided into two types: the e-commerce environmental service platform model and the information-based environmental service platform model.Second,based on the platform nature theory,platform behavior,and the platform's industrial effect theory in the platform economic theory,the e-commerce and information-based environmental service platform models are analyzed respectively.(1)Theoretical analysis of the four platform model features,development stages,operating mechanisms and action mechanisms,and the case analysis method was used to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis sections of the two platform models.(2)The e-commerce environmental protection service platform model has the characteristics of online core + offline support,providing services for dual(multi)lateral markets and providing credit protection for transactions,and must go through the establishment period,growth period,aggregation period and reorganization period.Four development stages,through direct docking with environmental protection suppliers and demand providers,providing a connection channel for both parties,supplemented by financial and data services to facilitate transactions,and earning profits by collecting commissions and platform fees,advertising service fees and payment systems,The industrial effect is brought into play by restructuring the division of labor,expanding the boundaries of production,integrating bilateral resources,and optimizing trading links.A case study of Cloud Whale Network verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis part of the model.(3)The information-based environmental service platform model has a "core-peripheral" overall structure,which is the integration of multi-level transactions and competition and cooperation relationships under the leadership of platform companies.The platform serves as the clear main body of network governance.After four stages of development: start-up period,growth period,maturity period,and recession period,the platform agglomeration mechanism is triggered through the platform incubation mechanism,which in turn triggers the division of labor to determine the division of labor mechanism to achieve continuous operation and profitability of the platform.By optimizing the allocation of industrial resources,optimizing the information environment,improving the efficiency of social services,promoting the innovation of industrial models and reshaping the industrial chain,the industrial effects are exerted.The case analysis of "First Environmental Protection Network" confirmed the correctness of the theoretical analysis part of the model.Finally,based on the above research,from the perspective of government governance and the development of the environmental service platform itself,many difficulties and challenges faced by the development of the environmental service platform model are proposed,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
