As the most important part of the oil production system,combination station can collect extracted crude oil,and after all kinds of processes such as heating,separating and dehydrating etc.,then transport or store processed oil.Combination station is high-risky unit,during design,construction and operation,various kinds of factors such as equipment,material environment,and personal actions etc.,will influence the system safety and stability,which in turn,will affect combination station's safety operation.Combination station risk rating will impact not only on oil& gas enterprise's profitability but also people's life and property security.Therefore,accurately evaluation of combination station risk is very important to reduce risk as low as possible and decrease production accidents as less as possible.In this paper,the author through the full understanding of the process of the joint station,all of them are divided into different units,and then through a series of methods for each unit to carry out a specific audit,to find out the cause of the system deviation and the possible consequences,on the basis of the current protection measures have a certain understanding and judgment,to see whether the current work can avoid the accident,when can not meet the requirements,need to put forward the corresponding solutions and corrective measures.In the risk assessment,you first need to use fault tree of a joint station currently used protection measures for risk analysis and modeling,and then according to the different units adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the specific scientific methods to different risk refers to the standard was used to quantify the computational.By comparing the results obtained from the calculation,it is concluded that the protection layer can achieve the engineering standards.Of course,through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the system can also be drawn to find out in the whole system to protect the weakest link,put forward their own system optimization,on this basis,through continuous improvement in the protection of material or means to make the safety protection more effective,for the production safety to fight a firm foundation.
