The combination process of residue hydrogenation and RFCC has been receiving enormous popularity.However,the ratio of slurry is relatively high and the effect of pre-hydrogenation process is not very obvious.The reason that why the combination process doesn't display the great improvement is exactly failing to selectively hydrogenation and its connection with FCC in molecular scale.The thesis investigates the hydrogenation process of some polyaromatic model compounds,naphthalene,1-methylnaphthalene,phenanthrene,and FCC heavy cycle oil.Experiments are studied on the fixed bed reactor using GC×GC-TOFMS to determine the species qualitatively.The influence of reaction temperature,pressure,space velocity and hydrogen to oil ratio were investigated.Alkyl side chain connected with aromatic ring would stifle its hydrogenation,which results in the content of 5-Methyltetraline is much higher than1-Methyltetraline.1-Methylnaphthalene has a slightly higher conversion than naphthalene and phenanthrene has the highest conversion among them.The three compounds have different hydrogenation reaction rate.Under the same condition?converting space velocity to the uniform standard?:temperature is 340?,pressure is 5MPa,space velocity is 1.5h-1,phenanthrene has the conversion of 95.5%,1-MN is 91.3%and naphthalene is 89.2%,indicating that the more aromatic rings,the faster reaction proceed.The content of intermediate increased first and then decreased with the process of the reaction,which shows the typical character of consecutive reactor.HCO is abound with poly-aromatics.When the reaction is carried out at lower temperature,the content of single-ring aromatic is relatively higher,but with smaller amount of total saturation ratio.When the temperature is higher,the situation showed the opposite.When the pressure and space velocity were studied.Content of single-ring aromatic appeared the max point,therefore,the best condition of producing the single-ring aromatic with largest amount is 380?390?,0.8h-1,9MPa,hydrogen feed ratio 800-1000.
