The existing process equipment and product structure of petrochemical enterprises have been difficult to resist the market risk of high price of crude oil.How to improve product quality,produce qualified clean fuel and ensure the survival and development of the company is a major issue facing petrochemical enterprises.The unit adopts Axens Prime G+process,which consists of two parts:selective hydrogenation of full-fraction gasoline(including separation of light and heavy gasoline)and hydrodesulfurization of heavy gasoline.The whole process is set up to improve the selectivity of hydrodesulfurization/olefin hydrosaturation.The selective hydrogenation part is operated under relatively high pressure and low temperature.The hydrogenated gasoline is separated from light and heavy gasoline by cutting tower using HR-845 catalyst.The sulfur content of light gasoline separated by cutting tower is not more than 10 ppmw.It can be used as blending component of gasoline product without further treatment and sent to heavy gasoline.Hydrodesulfurization part.Solid bed hydrodesulfurization process is used in heavy gasoline hydrodesulfurization.HR-806(Co-Mo system)catalyst is used in hydrodesulfurization reactor to operate at relatively low pressure and high temperature in order to improve the selectivity of hydrodesulfurization/olefin hydrodesulfurization saturation and reduce the loss of octane number.Through the research of this subject,the processing depth of heavy fuel oil can be improved,the industrial structure of the whole plant can be rationally optimized,and the comprehensive energy consumption of refinery can be reduced,the processing cost can be reduced,the economic benefits of enterprises can be improved,and the market competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced.
