Alkaloid Components And Monomer Purification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective The chemical components contained in traditional Chinese medicine are complex,diverse,and mixed.It is difficult to separate and purify using traditional methods,and it is difficult to conduct effective material basic research,which has led to the slow development of modern traditional Chinese medicine research.In view of these problems,we need to establish a simpler,more convenient and quick purification and separation method to study the composition of complex compounds in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In this paper,Yanhusuo and lotus leaves are used as examples.The two types of alkaloids in Yanhusuo are used to their differentiate charge properties,established a method for separating different alkaloids in Yanhusuo,by adjusting the pH of the mobile phase.Based on the differences of the groups and charge properties of alkaloids and flavonoids in lotus leaves,a method for the separation and purification of alkaloids and flavonoids in lotus leaves was developed by using C18 HCE as the surface positive charge filler.Results The alkaloid components of Rhizoma Corydalis and lotus leaf were successfully prepared by using the component separation method developed.The purity of the two alkaloid components of Rhizoma Corydalis,was over 84.0% and 60.7%,respectively.Eight alkaloid monomers in lotus leafs were isolated and purified according to the active screening guidance.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine contains a large number of complex and diverse chemical components,and the structure and pharmacological activity of the same compounds are very similar,making the separation of a single compound very difficult.However,if a compound with similar structure and pharmacological activity is separated as an independent unit,summarize its structural properties,develop a new method of component separation and preparation,which can greatly simplify the difficulty of compound separation.This new method of separation and preparation can effectively separate and prepare alkaloids in Chinese medicinal materials,and can be used in a variety of medicinal materials,which is helpful for the in-depth characterization and chemical,pharmacological,and action mechanisms of such compounds.Cognition,it is of great significance for the research and development of new medicines based on group-based distribution of new drugs,and has contributed to the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine.
