The effects of external environment and human factors on the discoloration and fatigue properties of photochromic fiber fabrics and the design and development of photochromic fiber fabrics are studied in this paper.First of all,the weft adopts the 16.67 tex white-turn-red photochromic viscose filament,and the warp yarn is 16.67 tex sizing white-turn-red photochromic viscose filament,and the warp and weft density of 260/10 cm * 290 /10 cm of 1/3twill weave is designed to be woven.The effects of heat,light,wash,rub,water content of fabric on the color-changing fatigue property of the photochromic fiber and the fatigue property of the color-changing recovery were tested,and the significance analysis and the correlation analysis were carried out.And the photochromic viscose filament is used for designing and weaving.The experimental results show that heat has a significant effect on photochromic fatigue,and with the increase of temperature,photochromic fatigue intensifies,the effect of redness decreases after discoloration,and the whitening effect decreases after recovery.Light has a significant effect on photochromic fatigue,the prolongation of time and the accumulation of irradiation cycle times,the photochromic brightness increases and the tone decreases;the long time repeated irradiation makes the photochromic performance fatigue quickly and eventually loses the photochromic performance.the effect of washing on photochromic fatigue is significant.the effect on brightness is as follows: washing times > washing temperature > washing time.the effect on the red-green phase is as follows: washing times > washing time > washing temperature.friction has a significant effect on photochromic fatigue,increasing the number of friction,the photochromic effect is weakened,and the discoloration recovery time is prolonged.The water content of fabric has a significant effect on photochromic fatigue,the increase of water content,photochromic properties appear aging,the effect of discoloration is weakened,and the recovery time of discoloration is prolonged.The study shows that the photochromic fiber fabric should be used to avoid long-time exposure and to adopt a light-proof and dry storage method.The optimal photochromic fiber fabric washing scheme is gentle washing,the washing temperature is 40?,the washing time is45 minutes,and dry in the shade after washing.The ironing and finishing mode is to high-temperature pressing and drying and ironing.The results of the study provide some reference for the design and processing of photochromic fibers,the post-finishing of photochromic fabrics and the use,maintenance and storage of photochromic fiber fabrics,and has certain reference value to the application of photochromic materials in the textile and clothing.
