Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Washing Resistance Of Bed Products For Hoteland Its Product Development

At present,many domestic hotel bedding began to use leasing or washing outsourcing model,by professional washing service companies to provide bed rental and washing services.Because the longer the service life,the better the economic benefit to the enterprises and hotels that provide the bed rental washing service,so in this new hotel bed rental washing mode,the service life of the fabric is particularly important.With the development of bed-leasing washing mode,more and more attention has been paid to how to improve the washing-resistance of bed-leasing.At present,some professional washing service companies have adopted a new type of washing dragon production line,which is more efficient than the traditional washing equipment,but the effect on the fabric is also more intense,and it is easier to damage the fabric.Based on the introduction of washing-dragon washing equipment,this paper discusses the change of mechanical properties of hotel bedding in washing-dragon washing process,analyzes the washing failure mechanism of hotel bedding and the technological parameters that affect the washing resistance of hotel bedding.Finally,based on the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign public textile standards,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the quality evaluation of hotel bedding under the new washing mode.The main conclusion of this paper is that the warp direction of fabric is more easily affected by washing damage when washing with washing dragon,and warp yarn is more easily damaged than weft yarn.The washing resistance of fabrics depends to some extent on the initial tensile strength of fabrics,but it is not completely related.Different materials and structures make fabrics have different degrees of damage under the same washing conditions.The fabric density is high,and the yarn may be damaged in the washing process.The thicker the yarn,the stronger the resistance to washing damage may be.Yarn interlacing points are few,and the fabric has good washing resistance.Polyester cotton blended yarn fabric has better washing resistance than pure cotton fabric.In addition,the warp and weft tensile strength of the fabric may increase during the first 40 washes.when the polyester ratio in cotton/polyester blended yarn is about 35%~40%,the tensile strength increases greatly.After that,with the increase of washing times,the tensile strength in both warp and weft directions decreased.Different from the change trend of tensile properties,the tear strength of fabrics decreased rapidly during the first 40 washes,and then decreased slowly with the increase of washing times.The original evaluation standard for public textiles is not applicable to the current rental washing mode.Special evaluation standards should be formulated for the quality evaluation of hotel bedding under the new washing mode.When formulating standards,new washing test methods should be formulated according to the actual washing mode of the industry,new washing times should be required for hotel bedding,and new index requirements should be determined.
