In recent years,research on natural products has become more and more popular.Aspartic acid,as one of the 20 natural protein amino acids,is an acidic amino acid with both amino and two carboxyl groups.It has made great contributions in medical research.The derivative polyaspartic acid is used as an environmentally friendly che mical because of its non-toxic and easily degradable characteristics.Polyarylether speci al engineering plastics are available in three main categories:polyaryl ether ketones,p olyaryl ether sulfones,and polyaryl ether sulfoneketones.The polyaryl ether sulfone ke tone material derived from the combination of the former two properties has excellent performance.Since the melting point of polyarylene ethers is generally relatively high,the temperature at the time of processing needs to exceed that of a general thermopl astic material,and it is hardly soluble in a general organic solvent,which poses a pro blem in processing.Therefore,people can further expand their application fields by fu nctional modification to obtain good molding process ability.The introduction of activ e side groups is a research method for the modification of poly?aryl ether??sulfone?k etones.There are two ways:one is post-grafting,and the other is direct synthesis usin g monomers containing reactive groups.As a highly reactive group,the amino group i ntroduces an amino group?—NH2?into the molecular structure of a polyarylene ethe r?sulfone?ketone,and can obtain a series of new polyarylene ether?sulfone?ketone materials with special properties.The amino-modified sulfonated poly?aryl ether sulfone?proton exchange membrane can form ionic crosslinks with acidic groups,effectively reducing the dependence of the proton conductivity of the membrane on temperature a nd water;introducing an amino group into a polymer material containing a carbonyl g roup can pass the chelate The combined reaction effectively removes metal ions.In this paper,aspartic acid?asp?,which has both amino and carboxyl groups,is used as a raw material.After protecting the amino group by acetylation,aspartic acid dichloride is prepared by acid chloride reaction.A novel structure of dichloro-monom er 1,4-bis?4-chlorophenyl?-2-acetamide-1,4 was synthesized by subjecting the prepared a spartic acid dichloride to chlorobenzene.-Butanedione?Asp-Cl2?.Polyaryl ether keton e?Asp-PAEK?having an amino side chain structure was prepared by polycondensation reaction of Asp-Cl2 with bisphenol A as a monomer in a solvent.And together with different molar ratios of dichloro diphenyl sulfone as a dichloro monomer and copoly condensation reaction with bisphenol A in a solvent,a series of new polyaryl ether su lfone ketones with amino side chain structure were synthesized.Asp-PAESK).The stru cture of acetyl aspartate,aspartic acid dichloride,dichloromonomer?Asp-Cl2?and poly mer was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The poly?aryl ether sulfone?was deter mined by TGA test.The ketone series copolymer has a 5%weight loss temperature i n the range of 454 to 518°C,ASP-PAEK has a glass transition temperature of 89°C,and the Asp-PAESK series has a Tg of 105 to 160°C.The series of polyaryl ether sulfone ketone polymers containing side chains of amino groups prepared herein have high thermal stability and good solubility.The results show that the novel polyar yl ether sulfone ketone with amino chain structure in the side chain has high thermal stability and good solubility.
