Shoes are indispensable wearable articles in human life.shoe last as the basis of shoemaking,the design of its structure and size is closely related to the characteristics of human foot,which greatly affects the design of shoes.Based on the characteristics of the foot of the young women in Northeastern China,this paper analyzed the foot type regulation of the women in this region and compared it with that of the national women.The modeling method of positive and inverse combination was adopted to construct the 3D shoe last model,and the3 D shoe last model of northeastern young women was reconstructed through parametric design.The 3D printing technology was used to realize the rapid customization of the shoe last of young women in Northeastern China.In this paper,283 valid sample data were obtained by 3D foot scanner with the young women in Northeastern China as the research object.According to the design standard of the shoe last,21 foot characteristic parts were selected for normal analysis and descriptive statistics.By studying the foot type characteristics and regulation of young women in Northeastern China,and comparing with the national female,this paper analyzed the foot type difference between young women in Northeastern China and the national female,which provided theoretical basis for the parametric modeling of shoe last for young women in Northeastern China.According to the foot characteristics of the young women in Northeastern China,a 235(one and a half)low-sided deep mouth element head female last was selected as a standard sample last,and a three-dimensional point cloud model of the sample last was obtained through 3D scanning.Based on the foot type regulation of women and the shape characteristics of the shoe last,17 feature sections were intercepted perpendicular to the bottom of the last.On the feature sections,286 feature points were selected in a counterclockwise direction with an interval Angle α to reconstruct the 3D sample last model.According to the foot regulation and the relationship between foot and shoe last of Northeastern young women,the parameter relationship between foot length,base width and feature points was established by taking foot length and base width as parameters,and the three-dimensional shoe last model of Northeastern young women was reconstructed.Compared with traditional hand-made shoe last,3D printing technology has the advantages of high efficiency,high precision and low cost,In order to quickly realize the customized production of shoe last for young women in Northeastern China,3D printing technology is adopted to print shoe last models.By analyzing the development status of 3D printing,this paper selected UV Curable Resin and SLA industrial-grade printer,and using SLA technology to complete the rapid manufacturing of solid model of shoe lasts,personalized customization of shoe lasts for young women in Northeastern China was finally achieved.In this paper,a parametric shoe last model was constructed based on the foot type regulation of the young women in Northeastern China.The relevant research method can provide research foundation and theoretical reference for the shoe last design and modeling research of different people and the customized production of personalized shoes.
