Continuous flue gas monitoring system is an environmental monitoring equipment for monitoring the emission value of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,dust particles and other pollutants emitted by fixed pollution source enterprises.The system manufacturer ignores the influence of low temperature and high humidity of flue gas after wet desul-urization and bag dust removal on the monitoring system,which leads to unstable operation of the system and high failure rate.It is urgent to design a continuous flue gas monitoring system that can adapt to the existing monitoring working conditions.This paper is based on a heating enterprise in Dalian city is running continuous monitoring system transformation project.Through the research and analysis,the paper selects the ultraviolet differential absorption spectrometry and optical scattering method as the pollutant analysis method,and uses the whole heat tracing as the sampling method to improve the measurement accuracy of the system;the whole heat tracing temperature control device is added in the system design,and the PID control temperature can effectively solve the influence of condensate water on the system stability;the pressure equipment is added to optimize the blowback maintenance link To improve the efficiency of back blowing and reduce the frequency of equipment operation and maintenance;to improve the early warning and protection links of shutdown to improve the stability of the system;to use Siemens S7-200 PLC to realize the system control;finally,from the system sampling analysis technology and control system structure design,the system failure rate is reduced,and the existing problems in the mainstream system are solved.The innovation of this study is that the designed monitoring system can adapt to different monitoring environments and effectively reduce the interference of the front-end pollutant treatment process on the monitoring system.When the system is put into operation,the loss rate of core components is significantly reduced,the operation and maintenance cost is reduced,and the operation reliability is better than that of some monitoring systems on the market.
