Research On Sustainable Design Of Small Kitchen Appliances Driven By System Thinking

In recent years,the practice of green home appliances is mainly embodied in non-toxic materials,energy saving and reusable materials.These sustainable innovations are still at the product level,it does not consider the industrial chain and product life cycle from a holistic and systematic perspective.Although green design has made a lot of progress in consciousness,its contribution is limited in the whole environment.The theory and practice of circular economy are used by more and more people.Circular economy is a sustainable development model,which follows the law of material circulation and energy flow of natural ecosystem,and it can rebuild the economic system.This economic model can change the impact of existing models on environmental resources by rebuilding production and consumption systems.Therefore,the sustainable system design of kitchen appliances is an urgent research problem.The research of this paper is based on the theories and methods of system thinking and sustainable design.The starting point of this paper is the theory of system thinking,This paper first summarizes the general method of system thinking used to solve complex systems,this method is called designing business architecture processes,and it contrasts with the usual design process approach: TRIZ theory,IDEF model modeling method and the EPC method.The feasibility of the design business system process method in the field of sustainable design is verified by the comparison.Secondly,the paper analyzes the relevant design methods and evaluation methods of sustainable design.That is the attributes and characteristics of product service systems and sustainable assessment methods.Finally,the paper constructs the process model of sustainable system conceptual design based on system thinking,and it combines the environment,purpose,function,structure,process and other elements in the process method of business system design,these provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable design and research of kitchen appliances.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation and development of kitchen small household appliances,it also analyzes the elements of environment,demand,function,structure and evaluation method of sustainable system for kitchen small household appliances based on the conceptual design process model of sustainable system.This paper proposes a system demand analysis strategy through lifestyleresearch and collaborative innovation design method of stakeholders.It also proposes a service-oriented multi-dimensional product service design strategy and a sustainable evaluation method based on SDO.Finally,the paper verified the design strategy for the sustainable system of small kitchen appliances based on the concept of sustainable system design process model,and it takes the sustainable design of small kitchen appliances for single white collars as an example.
