China's gold industry is faced with double constraints of resources and environment.In this paper,a quartz vein gold ore in Inner Mongolia is taken as the research object through process mineralogy research,all slime cyanidation test and activated carbon test.In order to improve the recovery rate of gold,the existing process and production auxiliary conditions were analyzed and tested.It provides reliable technical support and theoretical basis for the gold separation process of this type of gold deposit.The study of mineralogy of mineral process shows that the existence of fine-grained gold bearing carbon in the filter cake is the root cause of gold loss;at the same time,a small part of the gold mineral surface in the filter cake is polluted by the film of lead oxide(which also contains a small amount of CD),which is the main cause of the difficulty of gold recovery.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the loss of gold and achieve the purpose of improving the recovery rate through the experimental study of all slime cyanidation and the study of activated carbon.The problems of sodium cyanide concentration,leaching time control,pulp concentration control,grinding fineness control as well as the types of leaching aids used in the process are explored and solved through the experimental study of the whole slime cyanidation of the carbon pulp process.The best conditions of cyanidation of the whole slime by carbon pulp method are as follows: no need to change the type of leaching aid,90% of which is controlled by grinding fineness of-0.074 mm,40% of which is controlled by adjusting pulp concentration,800 g / T of sodium cyanide concentration and 48 h of leaching time.The particle size distribution of activated carbon,the wear of activated carbon with different density of bottom carbon,the gold loaded grade of activated carbon at saturation and the adsorption rate of activated carbon at different adsorption time were studied by carbon slurry method.The results show that when the density of the bottom carbon is controlled at 12 g / L,it can not only ensure the adsorption rate of the activated carbon,but also reduce the wear rate of the activated carbon.Through the study of the particle size distribution of the activated carbon,the measures of adding the carbon sieve are given.After removing the + 2.8mm large-sized carbon and-1.43 mm crushed carbon,it can effectively solve the gold caused by the fine-grained gold loaded carbon in the quartz vein type gold ore filter residue Loss.The recovery of gold was increased from 88.72% to 90.8%.
