Research And Demonstration Of Flue Gas Off-whitening Technology For 75t/h Coal-fired Boiler In A Mine Power Plant In Jizhong Energy

In order to speed up the prevention and control of pollution,win the blue sky defense,deepen the implementation of the Party Central Committee,the State Council,the provincial party committee and other policies and guidelines,and fully implement the relevant measures of the ecological environmental protection conference,Hebei Province in 2019 reform and implementation of the relevant steel sintering machine,coking,Flue gas gypsum rain and colored smoke and rain control projects such as coal-fired power plant boilers,and completed more than 60% of the tasks.It is urgent and necessary to promote ultra-low emission transformation of steel and coking industries and deep reduction of coal-fired power plants in the whole province and even the whole country,and implement gypsum rain and colored plume treatment.This paper systematically studies the problem of flue gas off-whitening of coal-fired power plants,and proposes a complete system of flue gas de-whitening.A75t/h coal-fired boiler is selected as an engineering example for demonstration research.Provide theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion of similar projects in other coal-fired power plants.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,the theory of wet desulfurization and wet plume is introduced.The concept of white plume is given.The humidity and temperature state points of the formation and elimination of white plume in coal-fired power plants are analyzed in combination with the wetting diagram.A complete set of flue gas bleaching technology processes and devices was proposed for the formation and elimination mechanism of bleaching.Secondly,according to the technical process,a tube bundle type flue gas condenser,a tube bundle type steam heater,and an auxiliary equipment such as a water pump and a fan are designed,and a complete flue gas de-whitening system is designed and put into use.Third,according to the process requirements,a new type of spiral tube bundle condenser and spiral tube bundle steam heater were developed,and the specific design process was given.Fourth,test and analyze the operation status of the project.In summer(April-October),the exhaust smoke temperature reaches above 54?,the flue gasmoisture content is below 9.5%;the winter exhaust smoke temperature reaches above62?,and the flue gas moisture content is below 8.5%.Meet the standards of Air Pollutant Emission Standards for Coal-fired Thermal Power Plants.This transformation can provide a practical design basis and technical reference for the promotion and application of coal-fired power plants in the whole city and even in the province and the flue gas de-whitening project in the coking and steel industries.
