Pipe for Tube-bundle Heat exchange is typical heat exchange equipment that makes the two fluid of different temperature to exchange heat. Using this kind of equipment can make a fluid cooling and another fluid temperature, to meet their needs. This equipment application is quite widespread in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, energy and industry departments, and is one of the indispensable important equipment in chemical production. However, due to working condition bad and heat exchanger pipe inner surface quality is poor, make the inside surface of heat exchanger tube is easily scaling, even can jam pipeline, serious impact on the heat efficiency and cause low productivity. Therefore, we want to clearing scale of the inside surface of pipe for Tube-bundle heat exchange and polishing them, Although at present commonly used machine, physical and chemical processing methods have certain effect though, but for improving pipe surface quality of the inner surface of little help.Electrochemical finishing as a new contactless finishing method is one of the electrochemical machining technology. Electrochemical finishing don't suffer the workpiece material and surface hardness influence, high machining efficiency and low cost, can greatly improve the workpiece's surface quality, makes the surface of workpiece can obtain good micro geometric shape, and has been widely applied. The test and application show that, electrochemical finishing in greatly improved the surface of workpiece quality at the same time still can increase of workpiece machining accuracy.Based on the main problems tube-bundle heat exchange pipe electrochemical finishing,according to Faraday electrolytic laws electrolysis to study and discussed the electrochemical finishing mechanism. From the surface outline of change and microscopic geometry Angle of processing conditions of the small gap to the process of electrochemical an anodic dissolution characteristics and anticathode surface micro geometric profile change and influence analysis and research to analyze and study. For tool cathode of surface microstructure geometric contour influence, mechanical unit function and anode and cathode Relative motion effects of the finishing to analyzed, and for the light of pipe inner hole geometric structure characteristics, for the reasonable cathode structure design. Moreover, considering that the specific characteristics of the tube-bundle heat exchange pipe, and through comparing the mobile tools cathode pulse electrochemical finishing method, in pairs type cathode electrochemical finishing method and electrochemical mechanical composite finishing the advantages and disadvantages, and in view of pipe inner hole the particularity of shape characteristic, Identified using electrochemical mechanical composite finishing to finishing tube-bundle heat exchange pipe.Due to the tube-bundle heat exchange pipe is composed by many pipes, so it will simplified tube-bundle heat exchange pipe finishing to a single pipe inner hole surface finishing, so in the laboratory condition to the single pipe for electrochemical finishing experimental. After by electrochemical finishing, the inner surface of tube surface quality get substantially rise, The surface roughness by 1.6μm to 0.2μm , The experimental results showed that the electrochemical mechanical composite finishing method for pipe is desirable. Predictably this topic research direction is correct; this paper adopted by the ideas of the feasible and the actual application is effective.
