The Yanshan branch of Beijing Chemical Research(Sinopec)developed a highly selective YS-8810 silver catalyst on December 22,2011.The catalyst in Shanghai Petrochemical No.2 glycol plant has been applied,the use effect is very ideal,the catalyst has reached the desired targets,and to meet the basic international level has high selectivity,but also showed high activity and stable operation.Shanghai Petrochemical has also become the first domestic company with the high selectivity catalyst in the same level as Shell Companies,Dow Chemical Corporation and the United States SD company.An enterprise belongs to China Petroleum Chemical Co subsidiary,in today's competitive market situation grim,enterprises in order to survive but also to need further development,the introduction of high-tech products and high value-added products,so as to have a foothold in the market competition.Therefore,an enterprise is eager to silver catalyst into its representative products as soon as possible,therefore,it is urgent to build a new plant for the production of silver catalyst,and the construction of the new silver catalyst plant is hereby established.Based on the new silver catalyst plant project of an enterprise quality management as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of research related to the project quality problems,the conclusion of the literature,a deeper understanding of the status quo and causes of quality problems of the project,summarized out to key factors affecting the project quality problems.On this basis,the key problems affecting the quality of construction projects and the relationship between the factors by using the grey correlation method,weight analysis,interpretative structural model analysis method,analysis of the influencing factors has the characteristics of complexity,times effectiveness,relevance,dynamic etc..Through the use of process quality performance management methods to effectively control and eliminate the adverse effects of many factors on the quality of construction projects,to achieve effective control of each factor,to achieve the "minimum integration of influencing factors" status.In practice,a new enterprise silver catalyst plant project has always been effective management and control in the implementation process,and to prevent inspire new quality problems in the process,not the quality problems by accumulation and transfer,and finally put the coupling effect to the quality level of project,making the zero quality problems,to ensure the smooth implementation of the smooth implementation of the project and the predetermined quality target.Therefore,this paper put forward the construction process quality management method to effectively solve the problem of quality of construction engineering has a certain practical significance,and the limitations of the traditional quality management is improved,and the new method provides a path for improving the quality management level of the project,has certain reference value and significance.
