In the steel production plant,the wire binding machine is a special equipment for bundling and packaging the finished steel wire.Due to the high temperature and harsh environment of the steel wire production workshop,equipment parts are prone to aging.The C-shaped hooks for carrying and transporting steel wires may cause swaying and retreating due to problems such as pneumatic leakage and uneven bearing quality,which may cause the hydraulic gripper not to grasp the C-shaped hook,thereby interrupting the packaging operation of the wire binding machine.This paper takes the wire binding machine of the steel wire production workshop of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Plant as the research object,and uses the machine vision theory and technology to detect the C-shaped hook movement attitude.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the specific equipment working conditions,illumination and color of the site,the red rectangle profile posted on both ends of the C-shaped hook is used as the target,and a target feature extraction method under complex illumination environment is proposed.The method firstly classifies the acquired image by luminance and adaptive Gamma transform,then extracts the color difference grayscale image based on the improved three-component color difference method,and finally extracts the target image by using the Otsu method.The experimental test results show that the method can meet the requirements of real-time on-site.(2)According to the deflection mode of the target,a method of measuring the deflection angle combined with the Radon transform method and the projection method is proposed.The method firstly extracts the edge contour of the processed target image;then Radon transforms the edge feature image to obtain the vertical deflection angle of the target;finally,the projection is performed in the normal direction of the vertical deflection angle,and the offset of the pixel is obtained by the projection.Horizontal deflection angle.Experimental results show that the accuracy of the target deflection angle meets the accuracy requirements of field engineering technology.(3)The target software and hardware test platform was built,and the detection system simulation experiment was carried out from the aspects of detection accuracy,stability and real-time performance.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the deflection angle of the flat panel is less than 1°,and the error of the detection results of different illumination intensity images is less than 0.2°.The average processing time of the algorithm is 1.2030s/piece,which can meet the actual production requirements.
