Karst rocky desertification is a serious desertification that has a greater social,economic and environmental impact.China's central and western regions are the focus of poverty alleviation areas.From the national implementation of the western development strategy till so far,the western region is still dealing with poverty.In addition to the local people's ability and quality problems,from historical point of view,poverty is mainly because of geographical environmental problems.The karst area in southwest China is the largest and most concentrated karst ecological fragile area in the world.Especially Guizhou province suffers the most.This has become an important subject in world environment protection and governance field and is of great significance.With the rapid development of remote sensing and image identification technology,more scientists use remote sensing to carry out dynamic detection,historical evolution and large geological structure analysis of target objects,etc.Through the domestic and international research data,research period in this field was more concentrated after 1980 s,with less monitoring of large-scale municipal and provincial target targets.Due to small amount of information and short period,lack of data in each phase is not conducive to the analysis of the evolution of scientific history,therefore,a wide range of time span and large target monitoring has a strong practical significance for the overall grasp of the target objects in time,genesis,climate and other aspects of evolution.The decrypted intelligence CORONA series of satellite imagery in the 1960 s of the United States were acquired from six different orbit missions through purchasing and free downloading.The imagery covers the whole Guizhou Province,with a total of 95 frames and 380 images(each image was cut into 4 small pieces).This paper researches on the geometric correction,and conclude that combining the polynomial model correction and the block bundle adjustment with additional control point method to correct the image is the optimal.We conducted geometric correction on 1,520 images,through the color difference processing and seamless moisac,and completed the first Guizhou karst area high-resolution full-color images of the 1960 s.Through the field visit to Guizhou,we understand the characteristics of rocky desertification and establish the interpretation sign.Using the Landsat5-TM,EDM,slope map and other auxiliary data to carry out rock-desertification human-computer interaction interpretation,we completed identification and mapping of rock desertification in Guizhou in the 1960 s.Combined with social activities,economic development,climate,environment protection and other factors,we analysed the rocky desertification revolution over the 50 years and reached our conclusion,which provides imagery data and theoretical support to researchers and government for further research.
