Of The Environmental Problems Caused By The Rocky Desertification And Legal Countermeasures

The southwest regions are the districts that have outstanding poor problem and serious ecosystem environment severity, which have become the area for the government implementing strategy to reduce district development difference in 21^st century. Among these ecosystem problems, rocky desertification is the key point problem and must be treated immediately. Rocky desertification is also one of the most serious crises among the environmental problems in the world, and it also becomes the zoology symbol of the environmental depravation. Rocky desertification will cause local ecosystem change, make land resources reduce sharply and water resources encounter breakage and lose the existence foundation of biomass, which not only influences the sustainable development of the contemporary economy and seriously, more serious is the existence foundation that it endangers descendant posterity. The ecosystem environment of southwest not only matter local sustainable development of economy and society, but also has local and nationwide meaning. This environmental problem has already caused the extensive concern of domestic and international society, and China government has put the southwest rocky desertification as the height of national target. Expanding stone desertion is also a serious nature calamity and environmental problem in China. The design thoughts of laws system to prevent stone desertion are presented in this paper.
