Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of the country,the instrument of rejuvenating the country and the foundation of strengthening the country.The development of the CNC machine which is known as "The mother of industry" is a direct reflection of the level of manufacturing industry."Made in China 2025" plan lists the "high-end CNC machine tools and robots" as one of the ten key fields.With the changes in market,manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards the trend of Short run production,Customized production and High efficiency production.In this trend,the demand for multi-axes Milling-Turning CNC machine in high-end CNC machine is growing.In the high-end CNC machine,the 5-axis Milling-Turning CNC machine is a kind of machine which integrates modern advanced control technology,precision measurement technology and CAD/CAM application technology.The 5-axis machining has become indispensable in many fields such as aerospace Industry,automobile manufacture and medical technology of Precision machining.The ability of processing workpiece in one clamp greatly shortens the cycle of workpiece flow among departments,which has obvious economic advantages.This paper focuses on the design and research on the system of the 5-axis milling-turning CNC machine which is a project of "The 5-axis milling-turning CNC machine" commissioned by an Intelligent Science and Technology Co.,Ltd..The main contents include:1.The structure of common milling-turning CNC machine is studied.According to the specific needs of this subject,the design of milling-turning CNC machine is put forward,and the selection design of CNC system and key functional components is completed.2.The structure of milling-turning CNC machine tool is analyzed in the CNC system.Kinematics Design software provided by HEIDENHAIN is used to establish the milling motion model,the turning motion model and the temperature compensation model of spindle.3.This chapter analyzes and develops the conversion function and processing technology of milling machine,gives the development direction to realize the conversion of milling machine,and completes the design of milling machine function..4.The influence of position measurement technology on the accuracy of machine tool is studied,the key factors affecting the accuracy of machine tool are analyzed in detail,and finally the motion control scheme of machine tool is determined.5.The principle of machine tool feed axis and spindle control is introduced in detail,and the process of machine tool parameter optimization is described.The machining application of the 5-axis milling compound CNC machine tool and the performance of the machine tool are illustrated by listing two typical workpiece machining examples.
