The preparation and Performance Research of waterborne two-component anti-corrosion coating for vehicle and bridge are based on the reaction mechanism between carboxylic acid group of acrylic acid and epoxy group.The coating has excellent weatherability and outdoor aging resistance of waterborne acrylic resin,good color and light retention,and rich monomer sources.The system uses silicone modified acrylic copolymer water-based resin as curing agent,introduces the excellent mechanical properties and light resistance of silicone and acrylic group on the basis of epoxy group,so as to overcome the shortage that epoxy resin system can only be used as primer.The water-based bottom composite two-component coating developed and prepared has a long construction activation period.Through the application research on automobile bridge It is of great theoretical guidance and commercial value for large-scale industrial application in the future.In this paper,the reaction mechanism and influencing factors of carboxyl group and epoxy group are described.The water-based resin suitable for the reaction mechanism is selected by combining the water-based acrylic resin and water-based epoxy resin on the market.According to the pigment base ratio of the paint formula,the application experience of various materials and the recommended dosage,the initial benchmark formula of the paint is designed.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data,the appropriate raw materials are selected.According to the basic formula and the paint production process,the influence of the addition of each component in the formula on the coating performance is studied,and the water-based two-component for the long construction activation period of vehicle and bridge is obtained The formula of a component of the water-based anticorrosive coating for the combination of bottom and surface: Tego 760 W dispersant 1.40% ~ 1.60%,tgeo win 4000 wetting agent 0.15% ~ 0.20%,Tego 810 defoamer 0.08% ~ 0.10%,amp95 regulator 0.10% ~ 0.20%,cosolvent glycol butyl ether 3.00% ~ 3.50%,szp-391 modified zinc phosphate 9.00% ~ 10.00%,800 mesh sericite powder 7.00% ~ 9.00%,3000 mesh precipitated barium sulfate 11.00% ~ 13.00%,MA-100 carbon Black powder 1% to 3%,AC-832 G silicone modified acrylic copolymer waterborne resin 35% ~ 40%,three phenyl phosphine as catalyst 1.50~2.00%,XS83:XS71=3:2 thickening agent 0.30% to 0.35%,deionized water 15.00%-20.00%;B formula: WE-319 waterborne epoxy emulsion 95%-98.00%,DPNB film assistant 2% ~ 2.50%,deionized water 2.00%~3.00%;coating ratio(mass ratio): component A: component B = 100:13.Finally,the performance of the coating is compared with that of the vehicle bridge coating.The test results show that all the performance indexes of the coating can meet the requirements of the vehicle bridge standard.The problem of short construction activation period of the water-based two-component products of the vehicle bridge coating system is solved.The coating can meet the actual application of the assembly line coating.The film has excellent salt spray resistance,diesel oil resistance,battery acid resistance,and refrigerant resistance,and the coating has excellent performance For the integration of bottom and surface,simplify the selection of coating matching.
