Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Efficiency Of Rural Ecological Environment Protection In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Now,with the rapid development of the rural economy and the high pace of u rbanization,the ecological environment is being severely damaged.The Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region is a part with a significant geographical location.At present,the eff iciency of rural environmental protection in the that region needs to be improved,w hich is manifested in the continuous deterioration of the rural ecological environmen t,such as rural domestic waste and sewage.Therefore,an objective and accurate ev aluation of the efficiency of rural ecological environmental protection in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region was conducted,and the main factors affecting the efficiency of ecological environmental protection in the region were identified and analyzed in d epth to improve the protection efficiency.The aim is to ensure the scientific decision-making provided by the government provides a strong basis for promoting the effec tive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,this paper studies the efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's rural environ mental protection based on public goods theory,sustainable development theory,and government function theory.Through in-depth analysis of the objective current situ ation of the research object,it sorts out and summarizes the existing relevant issues.Based on the research literature,an input-output index system for rural ecological e nvironmental protection for Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei was constructed to evaluate t he efficiency.The essay choose DEA evaluation method,that is Super-SBM model,and Malquist index model.The static and dynamic efficiency of rural eco-environm ental protection during 2008~2017 was measured and analyzed,and the Tobit model was used to analyze the main factors affecting the rural eco-environmental protecti on in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Finally,the funds for the adjustment and expansi on of rural environmental protection were based on the above calculation results: de velopment of environmental protection industry,innovation of scientific treatment tec hnology,increasing environmental protection investment capital and exerting environ mental protection forces in the rural community's are put forward to promote the ru ral ecological environment quality in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
