With the world energy crisis and rising prices of metal materials,the development of the plastics industry has become particularly important.The injection control process is not automated enough,and the feeding and unloading mode is manual,which lead to high labor intensity and potential safety hazards.This thesis is funded by the “Development and industrialization of high-performance integrated vertical injection molding machine”(2017A1031)of the science and technology project in Zhongshan Guangdong Province.In this thesis,the processing technology of the injection molding machine was optimized,the logic control and barrel temperature control requirements of the integrated injection molding machine processing technology was analyzed,and the research and design of the integrated injection molding machine control system was completed.The main work and the results in this thesis are as follows:(1)The control system design of the integrated injection moulding machine was completed.The injection molding machine processing technology was optimized;The electrical equipment was configured according to the requirements of the control system;The main circuit and operation circuit of the integrated injection molding machine control system were designed;According to the requirements of logic control,the digital I/O was configured;The overall program of the integrated injection molding machine control system was completed.(2)According to the requirements of the control system of the integrated injection molding machine,in combination with the hardware scheme of the control system the hardware design of the control system was completed.The configuration of the control system hardware equipment;the circuit design of digital input and output points of PLC controller was completed.The design of human-computer interface was completed.(3)According to the requirements of the control system of the integrated injection molding machine,and in combination with the control system software program,the control system software design was completed.The main program,initialization program,data acquisition program,barrel temperature acquisition program,logic control program and the fault alarm program was designed;The conventional PID and fuzzy PID control strategy of the barrel temperature are analyzed,the conventional PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller for barrel temperature are designed;The barrel temperature control program was designed based on the fuzzy PID control strategy;The human-computer interaction interface for the control system of an integrated injection molding machine was designed.(4)The experimental study on the control system of the integrated injection molding machine was completed.The test platform of integrated injection molding machine was built,and the control system of integrated injection molding machine was developed;the effectiveness of the logic control and human-computer interface operation of the control system and the rapidity and stability of the barrel temperature control are verified by experiments.The control system of integrated injection molding machine proposed in this thesis is feasible.The application of the integrated injection molding machine control system improves the automation of the injection process,strengthen temperature control effect of the barrel,which proves that the research results in this thesis have practical significance.
