Research On Dust Concentration Measurement And Control System Based On Labview And Grating Fiber Bragg

Dust pollution hinders the construction of human ecological civilization and is closely related to our lives.It will not only affect human health,but also cause dust explosion under certain conditions.Dust concentration and temperature are the main factors to explore the dust hazard.At present,there is an urgent need for an intrinsically safe dust concentration and temperature measurement technology that can realize real-time online monitoring and early warning.The paper proposes a Labview virtual software and fiber based on this demand.The basic measurement principle of the new monitoring technology of grating is that the measurement of dust concentration is combined with the measurement principle of extinction method.The fiber grating is used as the optical transmission device,and the reflected spectral characteristics of the fiber grating itself can be used to obtain the reflected light signal intensity.That is,the correspondence can measure the dust concentration.Finally,the dust concentration monitoring experiment data communication is introduced into the Labview program,and the real-time data analysis and image display are used to accurately control the data in the monitoring to realize the real-time online monitoring and early warning effect.On the basis of clarifying the basic characteristics of fiber grating and the principle of measuring dust concentration,monitoring hardware and software,first build a representative experimental platform for small-scale dust concentration detection,using three sizes of 200 mesh,300 mesh and 400 mesh.The experimental measurement study of the corn dust of the specification was carried out.The results showed that the optical power output of the proposed measurement technology was positively correlated with the dust concentration,and the comparison techniques.Finally,the dust concentration measurement data results are communicated into the Labview program,which can realize real-time multiple dust concentration curve and temperature curve display,and has data analysis,monitoring and warning,and storage function.Finally,the front panel and block diagram of the monitoring system are represented.Out,through the specific monitoring process block diagram system,the early warning function and early warning threshold setting method that can be realized by the industrial dust explosion real-time safety monitoring and early warning system are explained.
