Since the founding of New China,China has been a major energy consumer,and coal is China’s main energy consumer.The coal industry provides an irreplaceable impetus for the development of China’s economy and extremely effectively supports the rapid development of China’s economy.In recent years,with the increasing downward pressure on the economy and the transformation of the energy utilization structure,China’s coal industry has gradually experienced overcapacity.The country has begun to implement supply-side reforms,reduce production and reorganize the coal industry,and gradually expand the scope of application of emerging energy.This has caused great impact on traditional energy-producing enterprises,but the economic situation is cyclical.In a typical state-owned enterprise that focuses on coal mining and processing,what kind of development strategy can it choose in this fierce and fierce competition environment to enable the enterprise to develop steadily?This article focuses on the selection of C Group’s development strategy,using systematic strategic research methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s external environment and internal resources to formulate strategic plans and safeguards consistent with the company’s sustainable development goals.This article first introduces the background,purpose,and research methods of the research.The related strategic management theory and literature review are combined as the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,using the PEST analysis method,Porter’s five force model and other analytical tools,from the national level to the regional level to carry out external environmental analysis,combined with industry development status and trends,assess the company’s opportunities and threats in business development.Third,in the analysis of the company’s internal environment,the focus is on the resources and operating capabilities of the C Group itself,focusing on the C Group’s brand resources,market resources,human resources,production resources,financial resources,technical resources,etc.Make a comparative analysis from the horizontal and vertical directions to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Group C itself.Then,the EFE matrix and the IFE matrix are used to evaluate the importance of the internal and external key factors of the C Group,combined with the SWOT matrix for strategic matching,and the SWOT strategic quadrilateral is used to obtain the SO strategy.At the same time,the QSPM matrix is used for quantitative analysis,and the strategies that are matched in the SWOT matrix analysis are scored and ranked,and the SO strategy is determined to be the best strategic choice for the C Group in the current situation.Going further,the C group ’s specific strategic objectives are used to clarify its strategic choices,based on coal,to maintain the main position of the coal industry in the group,optimize the coal industry,and strengthen the coal value chain,such as promoting the integration of coal and power development Integrated development of coal chemical industry,promote the transformation of coal from fuel to fuel and raw materials;strengthen the development of equipment manufacturing mainly based on coal machine sets;at the same time,promote the coal production technology service team to go out and develop various forms Outsourcing services and contracting operations.Relying on the abundant human resources and the advantages of complex coal mining technology,we carry out coal production technology contracting or production contracting services.Finally,from the aspects of human resources,marketing capabilities,business models,corporate systems,capital operations,corporate culture,etc.,the detailed safeguards in the implementation of strategies are proposed.
