In the exploiting of oil industry,oil producing with rod is the dominant position.If the rod has unreasonable design or improper management,there will be a fault in the rod pump because of the complicated well working condition and bad environment.It can improve the efficiency of the whole pumping system and prolong the service life of the machine,rod and pump through the optimization of the rod string by optimizing design.The fault diagnosis technology can accurately diagnose the fault type of the system and give the corresponding solution strategy.Therefore,this paper studies the fault diagnosis and sucker rod column of rod pumping system,mainly including the following contents:The ground of indicator diagram is the research object,basing on the preprocessing of the indicator diagram image for getting the edge information.Discrete Fourier transform gets the Fourier descriptor.The low frequency part is used to describe rough shape edge of indicator diagram.The method is adopted to establish the indicator diagram fault library.Training the BP network can automatically identify fault indicator diagram.The angle and azimuth of the well can be obtained by using the method of tension spline function interpolation.The position coordinates of the hole are calculated using the Simpson formula.Considering fluid-structure coupling rod string is established on the basis of mechanics model,and using the finite difference method to solve the model,using the mechanical model is established combine with API design method of optimized design of sucker rod.The sucker rod string between two adjacent nodes centralizer spacing of the maximum deflection than pipeline radius and small as the goal,using the basis of the theory of the theory of optimal design,centralizer spacing is established.The optimization design method and the number is according to the mathematical of optimization design method and obtain the reasonable spacing method of computing centralizer tools.According to the above analysis and the mechanical model established,the corresponding modules were developed by using MATLAB and Visual Basic language.The application of the model has some guiding significance for the construction of the site and the design of the string.
