As the world oil exploitation goes into the deep sea,the three-phase separator of floating production platform as an important platform for oil and gas processing will directly affect the economic performance of offshore oil and gas exploitation.Influenced by the special working environment of the floating platform,it has become an important practical topic about how to maintain the steady flow of the liquid in the tank during the operation of the three-phase separator.Through literature review,the development process and application status of floating platform three-phase separator for suppressing liquid phase sloshing related structures are studied.According to the actual working condition of the floating platform,the advantages and disadvantages of the horizontal,vertical and spherical three kinds of separators are compared,and the horizontal three-phase separator is selected as the simulation model of the separator.Firstly,the basic size of the three-phase separator studied in this passage is designed by "half full method".Secondly,several mainstream dashboard of the existing form of three-phase separator has improved and a new type of dashboard was designed,then a variety of three-dimensional model of separators were established.At the same time,the wall thickness of separator cylinder is designed and checked according to relevant national standards.Thirdly,the motion simulation of the floating platform model is realized with the help of the dynamic grid function of the FLUENT fluid analysis software.Finally,the fluid simulation of the separator model under different structure and different working conditions is carried out.The simulation results show that liquid phase violently shaking in the separator without dashboard,while the liquid phase sloshing effectively restrained in the separator with dashboard under the surge and pitch conditions.The motion of the liquid in tank are basically consistent with the tank,which proves the effect of suppressing the sloshing of liquid phasewith the dashboard.It is concluded that the longitudinal bar and the circular plate type of dashboard have more advantages in preventing liquid sloshing than other forms.In addition,the use of dynamic mesh provides a new idea for fluid simulation.
