According to the calculation, the separator size is4000mm (ID)*16000mm (T/T), which can meet the production condition of liquid phase residence time and gas velocity of allowance requirements, and can be adjusted to meet the requirements of large scope of flow rate.Pressure vessel is calculated through SW6process equipment calculation software, the main contents include internal pressure cylinder, left head and the right head, saddle, opening reinforcement calculation and checking, the body and internal parts of pressure vessel is designed according to the calculation results and the process design results, meeting the requirements of the sea transportation, installation, central control.
