With the maturity of oil exploration technology, greener, more efficient way of exploitation has been more attention..Shenyang University of Technology developed snubbing workover rig skid-mounted hydraulic control system independently, which is used for workover operations. The hydraulic control system which works with the derrick can perform workover operations in the oil (gas) wellhead with pressure situations. Snubbing workover rig skid-mounted hydraulic control system is a equipment which install hydraulic, electrical, and operating handle in a movable hydraulic control room. The hydraulic control equipment could transport by car to the oilfield wellhead nearby to complete workover operations. The operator completes operations work, such as the lift of lifting cylinder, the switch of blowout preventer and some other auxiliary operations work, in the hydraulic control room.The hydraulic control system is analyzed and designed by three programs, which are hydraulic program, skid-mounted hydraulic control room program and electrical control systems and auxiliary electrical control systems with detection feedback unit program.The hydraulic program introduces the thought of the design schematics of hydraulic and the selection of component. The hydraulic design program also discusses the solution of hydraulic cylinder interlock and variable pump explosion proof. The program of hydraulic control room design discusses the selection of room size and the overall layout of the device. The auxiliary electrical control systems with detection feedback unit program discuss the design, selection and coupling detection system research of the equipment electrical systems.The hydraulic program introduces the thought of the design schematics of hydraulic and the selection of component.
