The production of underground coal mine is very special,the lighting environment of underground fully mechanized mining face is generally bad,but the quality and quantity of lighting environment will have a certain impact on the physiology and psychology of miners,which will affect the work efficiency.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of illmination of fully mechanized mining face on the efficiency of miners,so as to provide empirical research support for the establishment of a comfortable,safe and efficient downhole working environment.In this paper,the inflence of lighting environment on work efficiency of fully mechanized mining face is studied by combining psychological index,physiological index and subjective evalation.Firstly,this paper uses the theoretical knowledge of cognitive psychology and physiology,constructs the influence mechanism of fully mechanized mining face and work efficiency suitable for this study,and then analyzes the field measurement of the actual lighting environment of the fully mechanized mining surface in a coal mine and the influence of the subjective feeling,psychology and physiology of the miners.Finally,bases on the design of the effect of the illumination level of fully mechanized mining face on the work efficiency of the simulation test,selects the appropriate cognitive psychology test content,obtains the performance task index(that is,psychological indicators),the use of MP150 multi-conductive physiological instrument to output physiological indicators,through the questionnaire to obtain subjective evaluation indicators,psychological indicators,Physiological index and subjective evaluation The three coupling analysis of the influence of different illumination level on the work efficiency of fully mechanized mining surface,and find out the illumination level when the work efficiency is the best.The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows:1.Through the actual lighting environment measurement of the fully mechanized mining surface of a coal mine,the follower records the subjective feeling,uses the explosion-proof instrument to measure the heart rate,the blood pressure,obtains the miner's work efficiency decreases in the existing illmination environment for a long time,the psychological and the physiological state is poor.2.Through the MP150 multi-conductive physiological instrument to test,the choice of heart rate variability(HRV),blood pressure(BP)Two human physiological signals as the analysis index,the illmination level is too high or too low will have different degrees of inflence,when the illmination level for 200-300 lx to achieve the best physiological state of human body;3.Through the cognitive ability test tasks commonly used in psychology,according to three performance task indicators: accuracy(AC),reaction time(RT),comprehensive performance(PI)to obtain the psychological impact of different illmination levels on miners,so as to affect the output of cognitive tasks,physiological indicators,psychological indicators and subjective evalation of three indicators combined with analysis,It is conclded that the illmination is the most efficient when 200-300 lx.
