Studies On Synthesis,Herbicidal Activity And Interaction Of Triazole-pyrimidine Urea Derivatives With Calf Thymus DNA

Pyrimidine derivatives and triazole derivatives,which are widely found in natural products,agrochemicals,and drug molecules,have received extensive attention owing to their remarkable biological activities such as antiviral,antibacterial,antitumor,and herbicidal activity.In recent years,the synthesis and biological activity of pyrimidine derivatives and triazole derivatives have become one of the hot topics in current biological and pharmacological studies.In an attempt to discover novel fuse heterocyclic compound with high herbicidal activity,60 new triazole-pyrimidine urea compounds were designed and synthesized by incorporating the activated structural templets of pyrimidine,triazole and urea.All the target compounds were clearly verified by FT-IR,¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,and MS.A preliminary bioassay of these title compounds was screened.1.60 new triazole-pyrimidine urea compounds were synthesized.I:2-alkylthio-6-methylthio-5?3-substituted phenoxy methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl?-N-pyrimidinyl-N-alkyl urea derivatives?30?.II:2-alkylthio-6-methylthio-5?3-substituted phenoxy methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl?-N-pyrimidin-N-?4-methoxyphenyl?urea derivatives?30?.2.All newly synthesized compounds were screened for preliminary herbicidal activity.The results indicated that many target compounds exhibited good herbicidal activity.The structure-activity relationship was studied.Twenty title compounds with excellent herbicidal activity were also screened for IC₅₀0 against cucumber.3.The interaction of some of the target compounds with calf thymus DNA,rice DNA and acetolactic synthase was studied.
