Pyrimidine derivatives and triazole derivatives has become a topic of particular interest in cosmetics,agrochemical,and medicine because of the widespread biological properties of these compounds.Some of these derivatives have shown remarkable biological properties such as pesticide,fungicide,antifungal and herbicide,whereas others exhibited good anti-inflammation,antitumor and anticancer.In this paper,seventy-eight novel 2-alkylthio-4-substitutedimino-6-methylthio-5-[3-(substitutedphenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl]-pyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized by incorporating the activated structural templets of triazole and pyrimidine.The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by FT-IR,1H NMR,13 C NMR and LC-MS.It may be summarized as follows:Ⅰ:2-alkylthio-4-substitutedphenylimino-6-methylthio-5-[3-(substitutedphenoxyme thyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl]-pyrimidine(52)Ⅱ:2-alkylthio-4-styrylimino-6-methylthio-5-[3-(substitutedphenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl]-pyrimidine(9)Ⅲ:2-alkylthio-4-heterocyclicimino-6-methylthio-5-[3-(substitutedphenoxymethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl]-pyrimidine(17)The results of the bioassay showed that many of these compounds possess herbicidal activity against the root and stalk of rape,radish,wheat and barnyard grass. |
