Pyrimidine derivatives and triazole derivatives with widespread biological activities have became research focus in cosmetics, agrochemical, and medicine. Many of them have been and synthesized novel 5-triazolyl pyrimidine via acyl hydrazines and 4-ethoxymethyleneamino-5-cyano-2,6-dialkylthio pyrimidine. Their herbicidal activities were also studied and many of them had high herbicidal activities. It may be summarized as follows:Forty-four 5-triazolyl pyrimidine derivatives in two series were synthesized. The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, elemental analysis, and HRMS. Those compounds are summarized as follows:I: 2-alkylthio-4-amino-6-methylthio-5-{3-[(1-substitutedphenoxy)ethyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl}- pyrimidine(30);II: 2-Butylthio-4-substitutedphenylimino-6-methylthio-5-{3-[(1-substitutedphenoxy)ethyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl}-pyrimidine(14);The prediminary herbicidal activities of the new compounds were measured. According to the experiment, some compounds which possessed high herbicidal activities have been found. |
