In recent years,the quality of crude oil deteriorates with the increase of the production scale,and its properties gradually show a trend of high sulfur and acid,which leads to the increasingly serious corrosion problem of crude oil refining equipment.Equipment corrosion may cause leakage,fire,explosion and other safety accidents,thus causing huge economic losses.In order to monitor,manage and predict equipment corrosion condition scientifically,based on configuration software,this research group developed a C/S architecture equipment anti-corrosion diagnosis system,the system can manage a large number of corrosion data of the equipment,and the anti-corrosion Suggestions of the equipment are given by the algorithm.The effect of the system is ideal after the operation of the enterprise,and it meets the basic needs of the enterprise for equipment anticorrosion,however,some problems that cannot be ignored were also found after the later investigation,for example,authorization cost is high,installation and maintenance is tedious,scalability is poor,and it cannot be used across the platform.In order to solve the above problems,based on Java EE technology platform and MVC three-tier architecture development pattern,this paper designs and implements a set of B/S architecture equipment corrosion monitoring and management system.The main research contents include: the requirements of the catalytic cracking unit were analyzed,overall design of the system,and determination of system function and technical architecture,then,according to the idea of software engineering and based on the standard process,the detailed design of system module function,database,class and interface is completed,based on this,Java EE technology is used to develop and implement the system in browser side,server side,data persistence and other aspects,the system monitoring,parameter setting,expert advice,authority management and other major business functions are completed.finally,the black box test method is used to carry out functional test on each module of the system.The test results show that the various functions of the system have reached the predetermined design goal,compared with the previous generation of system software of the research group,the system has the advantages of low cost,easy maintenance,strong expansibility and cross-platform access,more in line with the actual needs of enterprises for corrosion monitoring and management system it is conducive to the large-scale promotion,so as to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of refinery equipment and reduce safety risks.
