In the oil refining industry, catalytic cracking unit has been the core benefit of refineryunit, the creation of the efficiency of capital account for refinery30~50%, so the runningstatus of the whole refinery catalytic device has great influence. This paper is based onNanchong refinery catalytic device, in-depth analysis of the impact of cost management andoperation management operation efficiency of catalytic device. The current energyconsumption in Nanchong refinery catalytic device is75~80kg of standard oil/tons of rawmaterials, due to the small size of energy consumption of catalytic device Co Ltd, columnthird countdown. The energy consumption level of1000000tons of oil the following catalyticdevice mainly concentrated in60~75kg of standard oil/tons of raw materials, advancedlevel of standard oil/tons of raw materials for the61.75kg, while the international energyconsumption of large scale catalytic device level mainly concentrated in50~65kg ofstandard oil/tons of raw materials, PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical2#catalytic crackingunit energy consumption has dropped to45kg standard oil/tons of raw materials. FCC unit ofNanchong refinery and domestic, international advanced level there is great gap.In terms of cost management, mainly through strengthening the details of management,starting from the personnel, equipment, technology, reduce the consumption of chemical rawmaterials, to reduce unit cost of electricity and steam to achieve. Running management mainlythrough exploring the realization of long period operation of device management measures,the long period running is the best solution to improve the device operation efficiency, atpresent the oil spread "repair" three years, some advanced refinery has set his sights on the"repair five years". In addition, in the aspects of raw material management, catalystmanagement and human resource management, discusses the concrete measures forimproving the operational efficiency of catalytic device. Some measures are applied to theactual production and achieved good results, we also found some problems existing in theoperation and management, needs to be further improved. Efforts to narrow the Nanchongrefinery catalytic device and other domestic refinery catalytic device gap.Through the implementation of the above measures, and achieved good results, fullyproved by optimizing the cost management, optimizing operation management improvesuitability benefit of economic operation of the device.
