Under the influence of fault fracture zone,the difficulty of tunneling and surrounding rock control technology becomes very complicated.It is of great engineering significance to carry out research on tunneling and surrounding rock control technology of fault tunnels.Based on the engineering background of the1012001 roadway in Yuanzigou Coal Mine 101 and the large fault fracture zone,this paper carried out a systematic study using some methods and methods,such as on-site investigation,indoor physical experiment mechanics analysis,on-site loose circle measurement,and numerical simulation.The main content and results are as follows:(1)The combination of on-site investigation,advanced geological prediction and borehole detection determined the characteristics of the fault fracture zone,such as the direction,dip angle,and range size;The rock composition,physical and mechanical properties of the fault surrounding rock provide an important basis for the destruction law and numerical simulation of the surrounding rock.(2)The on-site loosening circle was measured with YTJ 20 type rock drilling detector,the size of the loosening circle of each roadway was determined,and the fuzzy method system was used to make a bold prediction of the loosening circle of the surrounding rock in the broken zone.Support work provides an important basis.(3)From the three aspects of fault,water weakening and grouting principle,the roadway excavation and surrounding rock control technology of the large fault fracture zone are analyzed.The support scheme is designed based on the loose circle theory,and temporary support and permanent support are proposed.Combined,the29U-shaped steel support is the main frame combined with the anchor mesh cable spraying support scheme.(4)Use FLAC3 D for simulation,establish a simulation model that conforms to the geological background and mechanical laws,and study the rationality of the roadway excavation and surrounding rock control technology through the fault.Numerical simulation analysis of the support results of the roadway is carried out to ensure the safety of engineering construction Sex.
