The No.34 mining area of Xin 'an Coal Mine is the first mining area in deep mining,and the deformation and failure law of roadway surrounding rock is significantly different from that in shallow mining,so it is urgent to summarize the deformation and failure mechanism and control technology of roadway under this mining condition.In this paper,taking 3416 material roadway in No.34 Mining area of Xin 'an Coal Mine in Zaozhuang Mining Area as an example,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial test are combined to systematically study the control mechanism and control technology of roadway surrounding rock,and the main research achievements are as follows:(1)The rock lithology and occurrence form of 3416 material roadway roof are measured on site,and the quantitative analysis results of surrounding rock fractures are given: the surrounding rock structural plane of the shallow rock strata of the roadway roof is not well developed,but the transverse cracks and fractures are relatively well developed at the shoulder corner of the roadway.(2)The damage width of coal pillar is calculated based on the assumption of basic mechanical model of coal and rock mass;A mechanical model of roadway surrounding rock stability control based on torque balance relationship is established,and the support strength of mining roadway is checked reasonably.(3)Numerical simulation is carried out to study the variation law of surrounding rock stress and plastic zone of 3416 material roadway,and based on this,the stability support scheme of surrounding rock of roadway is put forward.(4)The industrial test shows that: the cumulative movement of the two sides of the surrounding rock is about 30 mm,the cumulative movement of the roof and floor is about 33 mm,the maximum movement speed of the roof and floor is 7mm/d,and the maximum relative movement speed of the two sides is 10 mm/d.The relevant research results can provide reference for the stability control of roadway surrounding rock under similar conditions in Xinan Mine,and have certain popularization and application value.
