Wangqing oil shale mine uses the method of room mining to mine. In room mining method, the Stability of surrounding rock is mainly determined by the pillar size. If the pillar size is unreasonable, it will lead to instability, mining roof falling and move rocks; if the pillar size is too large, it will cause low recovery rate of ore and waste of resources. The application of bolt support technology in stope structure can maintains the stability of surrounding rock and makes the size of pillar more optimized.Therefore, determining reasonable pillar size and Stope support method are the bases to ensure mine safety and high efficient productionThrough field research, analysing the geological conditions of Wangqing oil shale mine and collecting the relevant geological datas.,using KMT mine digital borehole imaging test instrument to detect field surrounding rock loose circle of oil shale mining, we can identify the size and status of Stope of surrounding rock loose circle. Through theoretical analysis, integrated computing and UDEC numerical simulation to check and evaluate the primary stope and roadway support programme,it can design an programme that the geological conditions of technically feasible economically reasonable and meet mineral requirements of Stope roadway surrounding rock stability control.This paper provides reference and information.for Wangqing oil shale mining solving stope and stability of roadway surrounding rock control.
