At present,the most used equipment for mine production is the mine hoist.It is responsible for lifting coal,vermiculite,lowering materials,lifting personnel and equipment,and plays an important role in safe production of coal mines.The lifting efficiency of the hoist is related to the production efficiency of the entire coal mine.However,the lifting equipment of many coal mines is currently designed and produced in the 1980 s.The reliability of the system is not high and the monitoring intensity is insufficient.This will not only lead to insufficient conveying efficiency of the hoist,but also leave hidden dangers to the operation of the hoist.For the frequent working conditions of steel wire rope overload work and tension imbalance,this paper proposes and designs a wire rope tension online monitoring system suitable for coal mine hoists.And analyze the problem of the load of the hoist,and deeply study the composition of the dynamic load of the hoist.Analyze and measure the various monitoring methods of dynamic loads,compare the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the operability,Finally,a practical method for monitoring the dynamic load of lifting was determined.Hardware design for the working mode of single rope winding hoist to realize high reliability wireless data transmission in deep wells.Design the monitoring and alarm system scheme of the single rope winding hoist system,complete the data collection work and the real-time monitoring work of the steel wire tension change by using the lower machine.And through wireless transmission to the host computer software to analyze whether the dynamic load on the wire rope is normal.Develop and debug the software of the host computer,and design the system functions in the host computer.Using labview software,the tension data and skip travel signal can be monitored for faults such as lifting overload and unloading coal,so as to realize the function of fault recording and query.
