Natural gas is the main energy source for green,low-carbon,and recyclable development.At the fringe of cities where there is a large demand for natural gas,the natural gas transported from a distance needs to be re-injected into the underground storage space,that is,the gas storage,to achieve the purpose of saving and peak shaving.The control of gas injection and production of gas storage needs to understand the depth of the liquid level in the gas storage well.At present,there is no mature technology at home and abroad.Therefore,the research of the wireless monitoring system of the gas storage liquid level is of great significance.Based on laser ranging and electromagnetic wave transmission technology,this paper develops a fully wireless system composed of two parts: gas storage liquid level depth measurement and measurement data transmission to realize gas storage liquid level depth monitoring.The system is suitable for the complex environment of gas storage wells,and solves the problem of measuring the depth of downhole liquid level during the application of gas storages.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.A phase laser ranging method combining multi-scale frequency measurement technology and difference frequency measurement technology is proposed,which can meet the accuracy requirements of liquid level measurement;for special gas storages with high temperature,high pressure and full of natural gas Environment,the laser wavelength selection is analyzed to ensure the laser intensity;the laser window is designed to enable the equipment to work normally in the harsh environment of the gas storage.The wireless laser measurement module has been developed to realize the high-precision measurement of the liquid level of the gas storage.2.Established the far and near-field models of electromagnetic wave signal transmission in gas storage wells,analyzed the attenuation and coupling laws of signals;proposed the structure of the near-field extender and clarified its length to enhance the signal according to the transmission conditions of long-distance and complex media.Strength: Choose the best electromagnetic wave frequency to reduce signal loss.The wireless electromagnetic wave transmission module was developed to realize the effective transmission of measurement data.3.Developed a wireless monitoring system for gas storage liquid level.Tests were carried out in the laboratory,the simulated well of Qianjiang Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute and Well Moxi 116.The test results show that the measurement results and transmission performance of the system meet the design requirements.The wireless monitoring system for the gas storage liquid level designed and developed in this paper can realize the accurate measurement of the gas storage liquid level and transmit the data to the ground remotely,providing a basis for the control of the gas storage.
