Due to the threat of coal spontaneous combustion,the fire-fighting technology of chemical inhibitor emerges at the historic moment.However,the commonly used chemical inhibitor often exposes some inevitable shortcomings in the efficiency and life of chemical inhibitor.In this study,ferulic acid and PEG / PVA / PAA superabsorbent resin were optimized to prepare a composite inhibitor with the synergistic effect of physical and chemical inhibitors.With the help of Fourier infrared spectrometer,temperature programmed instrument and thermogravimetric analysis device,the resistance effect of the composite inhibitor is analyzed from multiple angles and multiple layers,so as to provide reference and guidance for the future work of the inhibitor fire prevention and extinguishing.Firstly,from the perspective of finding an antioxidant that can remove the main active groups from coal to block the chain oxidation reaction of coal,ferulic acid was selected as the target antioxidant through literature research,and the antioxidant was extracted from wheat bran by enzymatic hydrolysis and the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were determined.Secondly,in order to verify the inhibiting effect of the selected antioxidants,several commonly used antioxidants were selected to analyze the changes of the main active groups in the coal after the inhibiting treatment through Fourier in-situ infrared spectroscopy test.The good inhibiting effect of ferulic acid was confirmed from the microscopic level,and the optimal use ratio of ferulic acid was found to be 6wt%.Finally,PEG / PVA / PAA superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization and compounded with ferulic acid to form a composite inhibitor.Through the test of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation kinetics and thermogravimetric analysis,it was found that compared with the single use of chemical inhibitor ferulic acid,the coal sample treated with composite inhibitor had higher crossing point temperature,and the CO production and oxygen consumption rate of 70? were also significantly reduced.The ferulic acid was coated in the superabsorbent resin.The experimental results show that this structure not only prolonging the inhibition time of ferulic acid,but also effectively inhibiting the development of coal at high temperature by the water-absorbing and water-retaining properties of the superabsorbent resin.Besides,the best ratio of ferulic acid to PEG /PVA / PAA was 1:4.
