Study On Zhongshan's Countermeasure Of Rural Eco-environment Protection Oriented To Beautiful Rural Construction

Ecological environment is closely related to human activities.It is a complex system formed by the cumulative effects of various natural forces on people's life and production activities.It is deeply related to the sustainable development of society and economy.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,Zhongshan city has been actively promoting the protection of rural ecological environment under the strategic deployment of building beautiful countryside,and the rural ecological environment has been continuously improved.However,due to the serious accumulation of historical problems in rural ecological environment,there are also many deficiencies in management mechanism,policies and regulations,cultural concepts,technical personnel and other aspects,resulting in less than ideal effect of rural ecological environment protection and negative impact on the construction of beautiful countryside.Therefore,the paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,problem oriented,and the unity of goal-directed research framework,the application of literature research,comparative analysis,field research,inductive analysis and other methods,for the rural ecological environment protection both at home and abroad related theory,system and mechanism,practice mode to review and research scholars at home and abroad and the research status quo of the various views on rural ecological environment protection of induction analysis,as well as to the domestic practice of ring of rural ecological environment protection dilemma faced by analysis,based on the comprehensive discussion and analysis of rural ecological environment protection in Zhongshan,and then from the Angle of good rural ecological environment.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of rural ecological environmental protection in Zhongshan city.Then,through to the rural ecological environment protection in China and working process of the policy history transition carding and analysis,for beautiful Zhongshan rural ecological environment protection countermeasures of construction of rural system construction provides experience and enlightenment,and relying on the theory of sustainable development,circular economy theory,synergy governance theory such as the theoretical basis,to meet the needs of rural economic and social development of Zhongshan city and countryside the actual as the guidance,to promote rural ecological environment protection policy of Zhongshan city system construction as the gripper,to construct a Zhongshan city in the beautiful countryside construction of rural ecological environment protection countermeasure system.The strategy system consists of four levels: top-level policy and mechanism design,infrastructure construction,long-term development mechanism,and rural grass-roots governance mechanism.This paper aims to promote the rural ecological environmental protection in Zhongshan city to adapt to the actual needs of rural economic and social development,improve the ability and level of rural ecological environmental protection,and provide support for the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy.
