Research On The Governance Of Rural Ecological Environment Under The Background Of Beautiful Rural Construction

Construction "beautiful country" is the higher requirements,higher standard for construction of new countryside,is in order to satisfy the people to a better life yearning,so on the new rural construction should not only reflected in the appearance of the rural construction level,the concept of the level,more want to reflect on the social level and the ecological level,only in this way can the construction of higher requirements,higher quality,higher level to the harmonious development of economic society and the natural environment and the new countryside.Since the concept of beautiful countryside was put forward by the state,the whole country,especially the villages and towns,responded positively to the national call,and carried out the nationwide new rural construction activities.Taking the L town of R city as an example,with the continuous advancement of the new rural construction,the environmental problems of this town has been effectively curated,the activities have achieved better results,and the national awareness of environmental protection has been increasing.At the same time in the national production of beauty and ecological beauty and life beauty "junior three beauty" under the guidance of development goals,the town in actively create activity under the background of "beautiful country",actively implement the rural ecological environmental clean-up,regulation is not only the concept of sustainable development of the rural ecological environment and the embodiment of the economic and social development for a long time and requirements,will be more suitable for rural actual construction situation,conform to the general public life,not only the environment is of great significance and social significance.However,with the economic development,the deep-seated problems of the rural environment management gradually revealed,such as the rural poor health infrastructure,environmental problems are still looked up and the trend of worsening,rural industry extensive development pattern will seriously affect the ecological environment,rural residents production life style to a certain extent,produce the problem such as the damage to the environment,rely on environmental governance environment problems are hard to crack.L town as the integration of urban and rural villages and towns,both of the environmental impact of traditional agricultural development model,is under the influence of urban industrial development,at the same time,the villagers also has a certain compound,cities and the countryside,therefore,by means of the town is a concrete analysis of the ecological environment government of,has certain typical and representative,to our country the prevalence of rural ecological environment governance to provide certain reference.In this paper,through the empirical analysis and literature analysis method,the combination of materials with various departments statistics,openness,summary and existing literature sources for research,through to the domestic and foreign about the literature review and summarize the rural ecological environment governance,statements are holistic understanding of the governance of the rural ecological environment ethics.Then through analyzing the actual situation of the rural ecological environment of the L town,especially the problems existing in the environmental governance,environmental protection consciousness weak,imperfect system,and the ecological environment interest imbalance to the universality of the problems existing in the perspective of China's rural ecological environment.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,the article from five aspects puts forward the corresponding suggestions:improving rural environmental governance mechanism;improving the development idea and promoting the rural ecological environment management by innovation;multi-pronged,taking comprehensive remedial measures;coordinating the interests of all parties and mobilizing the initiative of environmental governance;changing the ideology,from the concept level raising farmers' comprehensive quality.The aim is to provide different suggestions for sustainable economic development in order to solve the problems in rural ecological environment governance.
